I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator. I gain a lot of experiences. while working with different organization, and my passion is work with all ages of children I am able to provide them play based learning which is based on their interest will do a lot of observation, working with their strength not their weakness. Respect their need of developmental areas and manage a lot of interesting activities for them. Give them a positive guidance. Give them a lot of support and encourage parents to involve the program. Arrange activities which covers all developmental areas and enhance their abilities of taking turns, sharing, self regulation social- emotional ,gross motor fine motors, cognitive, Maths and language skills
