I\\\'m currently working as a Out of School Care worker Supervisor, for age 5 and up.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nMonitor students behavior and work as a team to plan, implement and improved our services and by finding way to increase the number of children for the organization through various educational workshops.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nDuring summer camp we help to build an strong link between physical health and outdoor play at a young age.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nI do take time to talk/play with children individually.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nEncourage children to cooperate with each other, share and take turns.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nI do really enjoy listen to children when they speak and respond with interest and respect.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nAlso, accept and value the children\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s ideas and suggestions.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nmake the children feel good about themselves and other peoples. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nMaintain positive and supportive relationship with parents and families.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nEnsure that daily communication with parent/guardians is open, respectful and confidential\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nWork with the program team members to maintain the day-day operations of the program work well. On my own experience working with children with Special Needs, I like to help parents to learn ways to interact in a manner that stimulates, development and attachment with their children.
