Early Childhood Educator in North York, Ontario

• Excellent listening and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as a team player • Positive attitude, polite, patient and courteous • Extremely capable of carefully monitoring many children in a busy situation and responding to situations as they arise • Trained in “plan and protect” for children, which includes training on: health and safety, fire safety, appropriate interaction between adults and children, responding to urgent situations • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Knowledge of ELECT document • Knowledge of ASL (American Sign Language) I am currently in the process of trying to obtain my G2 licence, I do not take public transit. So, for the time being, I would prefer someone close to North York (Bathurst & Finch area ) while I continue to get my G2. Regarding COVID, at this moment, I have chosen to not get vaccinated. I am not one for taking unnecessary risks. I have a small bubble of vaccinated friends; I see on a regular basis. I understand I will get questioned for this & I will gladly share reasonings behind.
