My experience with children has taken place for 2 years through 7 week block placements through George Brown College, allowing me to have a total of 4 placements with children aged 17 months to 8 years old. It has been a joy to provide care and a positive influence to children of different ages and levels of development. I enjoy providing curriculum to children in all diverse areas such as ability, to cultural, and age levels. My favourite thing about working with children is helping them achieve goals, through problem solving and also providing a positive influence on their daily lives.
I have not yet experience working with children with special needs.
