I have worked as a student with preschoolers for four months. it was definitely the most wonderful time I enjoyed planning activities based on children's interests but at the same time making sure their developmental skills are developing by following the ELECT document to plan the activities. learned to observe and record observations using anecdotal records running records, nippising screen tool also learned on using high scope approach in my activities During this placement of all the children we had two special needs children I have learned to work with them in calm manner give them more time if they and provide specific instructions if required.
