Early Childhood Educator in Scarborough, Ontario

I took cared of my niece when she just was a toddler in china for two months. When I am in Canana. I have two years experience working with different age groups in different placement. I was a child provider for a baby and a preschooler for half year when I was still a student in the college. When I was working in CACHE, I have experience to work with children who have special needs. I usually tried to let them do things by themselves when I think they can do that by themselves. I always want to help them build confidence.There was a child who can not walked. In circle time,I held the child's body and helped him to stand because I wanted to gave chance for him to dance just like his friends.I still remembered that he smiled when he stood up and moved his body.
