Early Childhood Educator in Hamilton, Ontario

I have been working in childcare settings for 13 years. I have enjoyed working with all ages, and have spent most of my time in infant, preschool and Kindergarten classrooms. I have been both the co-ECE and the lead ECE in the classroom. I work well within a team and have trained both new staff and placement students. I have always enjoyed helping both parents and children learn, grow and build strong relationships. I have worked in a couple different childcare centres that have children with special needs. I have worked along side resource teachers to help plan and implement the child's daily routines, needs and goals.
