Early Childhood Educator in Guelph, Ontario

I have 5 years’ experience in teaching different age groups (28 students per class), which required different methodologies of teaching as per age group, not only assuming the task of making lesson plans according to curriculum but also participating actively in weekly meetings with the English group to establish the teaching agenda. I was responsible for managing the whole class allotted to me. I took care of each child individually and attended their problems in the lessons, and also coordinated with their parents to communicate about their children. I planned and executed curriculum accommodation plans for students with special needs, working together with a special education teacher. Specifically, two years ago I worked with a five years old child with special needs in a classroom with another 25 students, and since 2014 I have been working with another four years old child with 26 more students.
