I worked in child care for 3 years I was with a preschool room for one year a toddler room for one year and I am currently in a 12- 19 month out room right now.\\r\\n\\r\\nI have strong interpersonal skills, I am empathetic and can respond to the dynamic needs for the familys that I work with.\\r\\n I am self motivated and I work well independently and with partners\\r\\n I use a variety of strategies to guide the social and problem solving skills.when I plan for a room I find and interest that comes from the children though observation and documentation.
