I had 4 years child care experience working with a variety of cultures and family dynamics in the inclusive child care setting..... strengths are planning ,implementing and evaluating activities and experiences to meet individual and group needs of all children and families of a child care program. I had some working experience with 2 children with special needs in a inclusive child care setting.I have encouraging learning and developing positive self-concepts for children.
