As a childcare worker I have learnt to be always a child's friend at all times, playing, caring, listening, supervising, guiding, and providing age appropriate childcare programs and activities to meet each child's needs. I have become more appreciative of what we have and how important it is to be flexible with children of different levels of development and to treat each child special.
