I have more than 8 years of working experience with special need students as a Lunch-supervisor and an Emergency Supply Teacher Assistant with special need students in Grenoble Public school and Greenbriar Middle school. Excellent ability to encourage children to achieve their potential by motivating their passion and determine their success. Energetic, physically fit, punctual and able to do hard work. Perform duties with minimal supervision. Through my experience in utilizing the ABA principles the socially significant behaviors are improved such as communication, social skills, academics, reading and adaptive living skills including gross and fine motor skills, toileting, dressing, eating, personal self-care, domestic skills, and work skills.
