The abilities I have developed during my summer job and volunteer experience with children will be an asset to YMCA, as they built up my understanding to children, as well as the strategy and patience towards them. In addition, my previous experiences as assistants make me confident in communicating with people and solving problems. I understand that every child is special and I make it a point to monitor their progress in order to figure out how to proceed with their individual programs.
