I possess the ability to multitask successfully and am open-minded and innovative. Ability to understand and implement responsive plans, individually and in groups. Most importantly I am dedicated, resourceful and committed to lifelong learning. Being able to observe and be a part of children's growth and development keeps me motivated to continue to learn new creative methods to keep children interested in learning.
