Early Childhood Educator in Roseville, Michigan

I have experience watching over and caring for children of all ages groups and have been doing so for 10 years. I'm a very caring and understanding individual with a lot of child-like energy. Ive found that I havent lost touch with my inner child which allows me to get along better with young children, I am truly fascinated by the way a childs mind works, even a bit entertained at times. I make It a point to understand why a child behaves the way they do before any stern redirection takes place. I believe there are no bad children, maybe misunderstood, but not bad.
