Early Childhood Educator in Red Deer, Alberta

My philosophy as a child care professional is to follow the children's interests, build relationships, and create a safe environment where children can thrive. Currently, I am a student at Red Deer College in the Early Learning and Child Care program heading back to school in the fall to finish my Diploma. Some of my strengths include being creative, a team-player, and child-centered educator. Letting the child lead, supporting their holistic development, and providing opportunities for them to explore their interests is at the heart of my practice as an educator. Treating every child with genuine care and supporting them as they play, seek, explore, question, and reach for their next level of development is something I aim to do everyday as a child caregiver.
