My name is Fazeela. I am currently working as a supply staff with the YMCA of Greater Toronto. I have had various years of experience with co -op placements. and have been working with the YMCA for almost 8 years. I have developed curriculum based from the emergent curriculum and project approach. The programs that I develop are based on the child"s interest, cues, and developmental needs. Adapt curriculum for children with special needs as I continue to foster the growth and well-being of the children. Utilize my observation skills to plan and adapt the environment for the children within the room. I work collaboratively with children, parents and staff within the center. The activities that I plan fosters the children"s growth in their social/ emotional , cognitive and language and their fine and gross motor skills.I work with school age children.
