Early Childhood Educator in Aventura, Florida

I am Ghyla, an early childhood educator. I have worked with children for more than 15 years as a lead teacher and tutoring children who struggle with some kind of academic requirement. I feel very proud to see them achieve their goals and see them grow independent and happy. As a teacher, I strive to provide the appropriate tools needed in order to make their learning experience as meaningful as I can. My approach is to create an environment where students feel safe to explore, create, and learn. I firmly believe that each student should be given the opportunity to grow and develop at their own pace. I am also committed to keeping parents informed and involved in their child’s education. Recently I made a masters in learning disabilities and a PhD y neuropsychology so I could learn and understand better the child’s behavior and why they may struggle to learn some academic requirements like, attention, concentration, reading and writing and get to find strategies to help this children achieve their goals and have a better academic experience. I am looking for an employer in Florida who is looking for a preschool teacher as well as a Teacher who can help children with special needs.
