Early Childhood Educator in Edmonton, Alberta

My name is Mekenna and I have obtained my Child and Youth Care Diploma at Lethbridge College. After I received my diploma I applied for my ECE which I have obtained a Level 3. I just recently moved to Edmonton, AB to continue my studies in Child and Youth Care for my undergraduate Bachelor Degree. I have experience in working with children ages 3-5 and 5-12 in various settings, and I am currently looking for part time employment. For one year I worked for a Before and After School Program where I started as a Program Leader and moved up to be a Team Leader, and over the summer I was an Assistant Teacher for children ages 3-5 where we had Montessori and Reggio inspired practices. I am confident in my abilities to keep children safe and provide them with an enjoyable learning experience. My rate is $18.0 HOURLY.
