Early Childhood Educator in Toronto, Ontario

Through my previous experiences in administration, I was primarily responsible for high school and University applications for International students, especially Chinese students, which taught me the importance of cross-cultural communication, negotiation and conflict resolution between students, parents and schools. In addition, I have gained hands-on skills in planning and coordinating routine administrative, operational and financial activities of a narrowly defined funded program like summer camp and winter camp. I am very expert in event planning, budget management, program implementation, internal and external operational liaison, program marketing, maintaining a database of student and partner information, international programming supporting. Also, I am immersed in Montessori Early Childhood Teacher Credential, and I am going to achieve 540 hours practicum in Montessori School which will be expected completion in summer, 2018.
