Early Childhood Educator in Pointe-Claire, Quebec

I have chosen to work with children because I believe that a child's mind is developed from a very young age, and it is very important to the child and their families that as educators we provide the child the best education we can. It is a challenging Job not all children's needs are the same it's my responsibility to develop a program that will be focused on working with each child in my care and the different needs . Knowing that each child will come with a different background it's my Job to find resources that fit the needs of each individual child. The learning should be fun for the child but also constructive allows the child to become a wonderful adult in the future.
