I create a fun and safe environment for children to interact in. I am able to plan and implement activites for children based on thier observations. My experience with working with children with special need childre has helped me to understand that everyone is different in thier own way . Based on the children needs, i am able to use reward charts to honour thier good behaviour in having them do something that they find interesting.Also i make personal sensory bags that helps them to calm down as needed.
