I have worked and volunteered at elementary schools as well as community centres, both as a teacher\'s assistant and a program coordinator. In these scenarios I was able to achieve comfort levels with the children in that they were able to open up to me about their problems, and I also got the opportunity to work on homework and peer conflicts with them, helping me to better guide them into situations where they are likely to be successful and thrive.
