While working with both children I have learned to be compassionate and professional. My ability to plan and implement lessons by identifying learning goals and success criteria is an essential skill for student success. My positive, outgoing personality has enabled me to work collaboratively and interact positively with fellow workers and members of the community. My paths in life have provided me with invaluable skills that have, and will continue to enhance my learning and ability to communicate effectively with young learners and be a compassionate, innovative teacher in today’s society..... experience with children has been in childcare centres, grade three classroom and Montessori school.
