Early Childhood Educator in Markham, Ontario

I learned a lot of things from school, supervisor, host teacher, co-workers, parents and especially the children. I tried to participate in their lives and activities. I learned how to guide them to improve their independent abilities. I think I should do more practice for communicating with parents. As a educator, how to keep my attitude like at the beginning of my career and how to keep the consistency are very important for me to think about. Meanwhile, I put ourselves in the shoes of a parent and child, would I want to send my child here, and if I were a child, would I be motivated to be in the program. I will keep up my work and one day I hope I will be an inspiring ECE.
