Early Childhood Educator in Maple, Ontario

I have worked as an ECA for just under two years in a public daycare. I worked primarily with toddlers and infants. As well, in high school, I had a co-op placement for four months and was later employed by the daycare to work in the daycare and summer camp program. My sister has special needs, which is classified as autism. Ever since I was little, I was always surrounded with the daily necessities of caring for a person with special needs. My mother continues to be her primary caretaker but I do help in tasks such as supervising, playing with,toileting, and feeding.
