Early Childhood Educator in Scarborough, Ontario

I have worked with different centres and I have different experiences from each centre. Working different places I have realized how children are unique and they are not all the same. I learned a lot from different teachers and ECEs. Most of the centres that I worked there were children with special needs. Some of them had the resource teacher but some of them didn\'t have it. This other child care centre that I worked there was a child with special needs. I tried incorporating different activities where that child could interact and actually participate. For example, for the sensory activity I would implement something where I would feel like he or she would like to feel touching it and I tried to observe him in that way so that I know what he or she really interested in.
