Early Childhood Educator in Toronto, Ontario

I have taught ESL to children age 5-8 for about 13 years. I had an excellent rapport with them. My classes were always full of fun and energy. I usually designed fun educational games that engaged students to the lesson they were going to learn. I also designed graphic organizer suitable for their age and level which they found interesting. I tried hard to understand their needs and respond to them effectively. I usually had classes with hyper active children. I studied a lot and found suitable games for them make them engaged in the activities,and improve their level of concentration. Sometimes for more aggressive children I tried to give them some responsibilities in the class, so they felt more confident and tried to treat in a way to please me and continue their role as the responsible student.
