I have been working for over 1 year as an ECA primarily in the preschool room where in i program plan, set up, clean, complete ministerial documentation as well as observation and documentation of children\'s development and communication with parents I worked for a short period with a child with autism assisting with development of self help skill and preparation to move on to school
