Early Childhood Educator in Scarborough, Ontario

I am looking for a position as an Early Childhood Educator in a child care setting. As an enthusiastic RECE who is experienced in working with children from 0 to 6 years old, I am well equipped not only with theoretical knowledge but also practical experiences working with children in early childhood settings. I am experienced in planning age-appropriate activities as it is one of my main duties in my previous positions. Knowing well about the various child development stages and behaviour guidance strategies, I am also proficient in using the guiding documents in this field, such as ELECT, HDLH. Additionally, the working experiences had instilled in me the skills that are essential to cooperate with workmates and children's families. What makes me more qualified is that I have experience working in both child care settings and Montessori school where I was trusted to take over a new classroom with the help of a supply teacher.
