Early Childhood Educator in Scarborough, Ontario

My experience with children is babysitting all ages, supervising them, cared for their basic needs etc. in a safe environment. I also am involved in my church clubs with the children teaching them every week about different activities that is in their lesson books. I make activities from scratch for the children to participate in. I also was a volunteer at a community centre called ACSA - Agincourt Community Services Association where I supervised kids, made them a healthy nutritious breakfast, helped them with their homework and other tasks such as creating a ESL class for adults whose first language was not English as well as administrative duties. One child in particular at the community centre had special needs, and I always took my time with her, to speak to her and listen to her when she spoke, I never rushed her in any activity she was completing. She was a little bit slower than the other kids. I would always be there for her when she needed any assistance.
