I have worked back home with children in Kindergarten for about 4 years and my experience is very good. I am friendly with children, understand their need and know how to be firm when its needs for their development and discipline. For the last seven years I am working as a Sunday School teacher with my Church with children aged 3 to 12 years. Also I have doing my ECE degree program from Sheridan College starting January 2016.
Till to date I don't have any experience with Children with Special Needs.
