My interest in the Early childhood care and education field has started many years back since in secondary school when I was helping in the village nursery school during the holidays, and then I decided to join the Bachelor degree program in Dodoma to increase my expertise in the field where by in my University life, I was active participant in established University of Dodoma Early Childhood Education programs. holiday, I was volunteering in different activities related with children like to participate in mobilizing primary school head teachers in using positive discipline in primary school. Ever since, I have become more interested in working with young children. I have worked in many places that relate with the Early childhood care and education such as Early childhood teacher trainer at Madrasa Resource Center (Mecp-Z) and Sateen Teacher Center 2013/201..., Volunteering in radio and video script writing for Pre-primary school under department of ICT in education Zanzibar in 02/09/20... up to December 2013, Video teacher in self-direct learning module for Early childhood education, Develop curriculum for pre-primary and lower primary Teacher under Zanzibar Institute of Education , Designed and develop bridging and specialized early childhood Curriculum in partnership program between Ministry of education and vocation training in Zanzibar and Madrasa early childhood program –Zanzibar .
