I prepared age appropriate plans for the children according to the policies of ELECT. I created safe and healthy environment for the children to grow and learn.I ensured that policies of the centre are always followed. I recently completed my studies with children with special needs. I completed \\\\\\\"introduction to Autism from Geneva Centre. I used screening nd assessment tools to ensure the devlopment of the children. I learnt about many strategies and intervention techniques to work with children with special needs.
