My experience with children had always been positive. It could be divided into personal life and volunteer work.\\r\\n\\r\\nRegarding personal life, being one of the eldest cousin in my family, i was responsible to take care of the younger cousins. From there I realised every aspect of the children life is crucial.\\r\\n\\r\\nRegarding my volunteering experience, as I volunteered at the Vancouver Crisis Centre. I often received phone calls and/or live chat with children with self-harm urges or suicidal urges. From the experiences, I adopted an empathy attitude to understand the children\\\'s issues, moreover intervene when there is a risk for safety. Since the beginning of 2013, I started to work as a early behavioural interventionist. I mainly worked with children aged from 4 to 7 years old. The children i worked with were diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. \\r\\n\\r\\nMy work experiences included on two levels, on the micro level: detailed observations, data collection, documenting children\\\'s behavioural and/or learning progress, choosing appropriate learning strategies for children. \\r\\nOn the Macro level: my skills are best honed to communicate with the whole team; such as consultant, coworkers and clients’ family; in order to have the children’s progress monitored. Moreover, I also try to provide support for the children\\\'s family.
