Early Childhood Educator in Victoria, British Columbia

I have always been involved with children. From being the oldest grandchild and watching my little cousins grow up to being the big buddy in elementary school and reading to the little ones. I always knew I had a passion for teaching since I can remember. Speaking from someone who has a disability, I find my better qualities is working with younger children with special needs. At my current job at KidsKlub, I am the afternoon manager and and side by side a SN worker who works with an autistic boy and another worker who works with a boy with down syndrome. I have a strong bond with both or them and their parents. I feel like everyday I am with them, I am constantly learning from them.
