Early Childhood Educator in Calgary, Alberta

I have worked in a daycare/preschool setting as both a teacher and an assistant manager. One preschool was Montessori based. I am certified in the state of Missouri to teacher Elementary (1st-6th), Early childhood (birth to 3rd) and mild/moderate cross category special education K-12. I have supervisory certification in Alberta. I am working on teacher elementary teacher certification in Alberta as well. I have worked with students in the public school system from Preschool through 8th grade in both regular and special education. I have also tutored children in English while living in Switzerland. I am looking to move to Canada, but I would needs sponsored for a work permit at this time. I am certified to teach mild/moderate cross category special needs students in the State of Missouri. I have been a nanny for a child with autism. I have worked with students within the school system with disabilities including educable mentally handicap, specific learning disability, behavior needs, autism and ADHD. These have been in both a self-contained and resource room setting.
