Currently I am working for non - profit organization as a assistant director and I am enjoying my work. As a assistant director I am making sure that my center is meeting licencing requirements and following accreditation standards. As well as I am helping with administration work. I am attending my staff and families with patience and extra care. Currently i am taking Health and human services management from bow valley, preparing for management role.
