Job Description: As a Teacher: - Observes evaluates student’s performance, behavior, social development and physical health - Adapt ABEKA curriculum, teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs and interest. - Enforces administration policies and rules governing students. - Plans and conducts activities for the balance and work program of institution, demonstration and work that provides students the opportunities to observe, question and investigate. - Prepares and implement implements remedial program for students requiring help. - Performs other related task that my assigned to n elementary teacher. - Sponsors extracurricular activities such as clubs, students’ organization and academic contest. Special task: • Coordinator of PGFC competition • Trainor of First Grade students for Math court • Trainor of First Grade students for PGFC • After School Program Coordinator (SACERS) • Chairman of school events like Harvest Day, Parent Leadership, etc. • Overall in-charge in School Recognition every end of the year. • Coordinates community events and contest like Christmas in the Marianas, etc. • Science Coordinator- academic bee Science subject and STEM Fair Trainor. • Summer Camp Resource Person
