According to my resume I have experience in working with children from various age groups and in different settings as well. I am familiar with How Learning Happens, ELECT, The child care licensing manual. I am able to apply them in my setting. In addition to that I have got extensive experience with the emergent curriculum. Also I have a good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators, and my membership number is 43333 Throughout my experience working with children, I believe my skills are important to classroom because they have the child's interest first. Also it has became increasingly more important to have a male influence in children's lives, and in the classroom as well.
