My name is Cleotilde Joven. I worked at Wal-mart and my work experience gave me the confidence to work with different kinds of people. I learned to have excellent customer services skills, understanding the needs of the customers, make sure the store was safe and ready for the customers to shop and was happily willing to provide help. I worked at Wal-Mart for nine years. I believed that through this work experience and recent education in Early childhood assistance and along with the experience of my daycare placement, I can contribute positive advancement of the children in any daycare. I love to make crafts for the children, help them develop their cognitive and physical development, reading stories, and listening to their new creative stories. I helped accommodate other teachers' need by assisting them with children going through potty training, teaching them to properly wash their hands, proper eating habits, and guide children in a group activity.Avid
