Early Childhood Educator in Mississauga, Ontario

In the last four to five years, I have had extensive experience with youth. I have co-designed and taught program that promoted creativity through multiple artistic mediums to client base of children and youths (within the pre-school to school age range). Furthermore, I have spent the last two years designing and implementing art-based activities to promote an understanding of Inuit art and culture on a monthly basis. I engage, educate and encourage young visitors to join me in creating educational crafts every shift. Within the Toronto District School Board, I have volunteered as a Speech Language Pathologist Worker, working closely with children with special needs (such as mutism), educating, monitoring and assessing progress, adapting as needed to the problem areas of my school age students.
