Have been working with children as a supply as well as through placements at school which has sent me to a variety of centres and allowed me to gain experience working with different children and different learners. The centre I worked at had children with special needs and I gained experience in learned to work with them as well as being patient and taking information from teachers about different techniques and strategies to work effectively with children with special needs.
