Early Childhood Educator in Calgary, Alberta

Oksana Tchabanenko was employed as a full time Early Childhood Educator at Assiniboine Children's Centre in Winnipeg MB for 4 years. During her time here she worked in our Toddler program with children 15 months to 3 years of age. Oksana is warm and nurturing. The children often turned to her when they needed comfort and attention. She worked hard at developing trusting relationships with the children and made time each day to chat or play with each child in the room. Oksana has a quiet nature and is calm and confident with children. She is able to assess and interpret children's interests and plan activities and experiences that foster their development. Oksana is a good team member. She is reliable and responsible. She is very punctual and had an excellent attendance history. We were sorry to see Oksana leave our program and would be happy to hire her back if she returned to Winnipeg.
