My name is Tajinder Melde graduated from Humber College in the program of Early Childhood Educator with a reference number #61008. I have 2 years of teaching experience in the field of Biology and Chemistry and 2 years experience to work with children at different age groups such as infants, toddlers, preschool, and school-age.I have an ability to work with minimal supervision and follow all safety practice and procedure. I am comfortable in using different types of observation tool and familiar with Early Learning for Every Child Today, How Does Learning happen? Think feel and Act, and Child Care and Early Years Act. I have an experience to assess the developmental level of children, prepared progress reports and discussed with parents and other staff members and also can create newsletter for parents. I have knowledge and ability to resolve conflicts by providing alternative solution in any setting and enhanced skills in building relationship with families and caregivers.
