Share and Care Child Care Centre is seeking a Registered Early Childhood Educator (R.E.C.E) for the full-time position in the Preschool Program. • Minimum 2 years of experience within a child care setting (12mnts – 6 years) NEGOTIABLE • Able to work independently as well as with a team; strong leadership skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • To be able to plan and implement age appropriate program. • Knowledge of the Child Care and Early Years Act,2014 and ELECT document Compensation & Benefits • Competitive starting rate • Payments are scheduled on a bi-weekly basis • Wage improvement /Wage Enhancement funds are granted after the 3 month probationary period (details will be discussed during the interview) Our Values We value our staff and provide a positive workplace with opportunity for professional development.
