Early Childhood Educator in Vancouver, British Columbia

In my experience as School Principal (in Brazil) I help students using a variety of innovative teaching strategies to motivate, inspire and encourage them. I Coordinate the after-school teachers' schedule. I Provide one-on-one assistance and instruction for students performing below minimum academic achievement level. I Develop the curriculum that would help support the students. and I also proactively help to manage parent relationships with teenagers. I am looking for a job in Canada that could give me a Job Offer in order to get my PNP and at the same time I could bring all my experience in education and help to provide the growth of the school.
