Treasured Moments Kids is currently seeking an experienced, highly- motivated RECE for a full time Director position. The position of the Director is to assume the responsibility for the day to say operation of the centre, ensure all legislative requirements requirement for the operation of the childcare centre are met; the development and management of the centers policies and procedures are being carried out at all times; while providing effective leadership for staff; working with families and children and connecting with the community. Some of the required Responsibilities: 1. Keep current with all legislative changes and requirements 2. Accountable for the effective day to say operation of the program 3. Provide support to staff in developing highest curriculum and standard of care by monitoring and motivating 4. Exhibit professional attitudes and promote a positive atmosphere surrounding team efforts and High standard of customer service. 5. Ability to work in stressful situations 6. Responsible for enrolment of children and waiting list 7. Participate in monthly management meetings 8. Must be available for within the hours of 6:45am - 6:00pm * Hands on training is provided by the centres current assistant director and management team members*
