My experience is relevant and extensive, as described in the enclosed resume. What my resume cannot illustrate are the intangibles that set me apart from other candidates. I have experience on the daily management of a Child Care Centre, I supervise, mentor and lead the education team in planning and developing an age-appropriate program to enhance the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional develop of the children under our care in compliance with all Ministry and City Guidelines. Accepting challenges is the foundation of my life experiences and something I do with confidence, you will find me a very committed individual. My communication and interpersonal skills have been developed during the years at Martin Luther Child Care. Those skills have been strengthened during my placements and also with the knowledge I gained during the interpersonal skills course at Mothercraft College and now that I am getting my Certificate in Child Care Management at Seneca College, those skills helped me to work as a team and a group member and also communicate with parents and specialists to further support children and families in their daily lives.
