Early Childhood Educator in Maple, Ontario

I have been working in the field as a RECE for 9 years and have had the opportunity to work with all age groups and their families from diverse cultural backgrounds. I have gained substantial experience in developing and implementing program plans and assessing each child\'s development in all areas while providing a safe and rich learning environment. Over the years I have also had the opportunity to work with a number of children who have special needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome and other behavioural issues as well as with hearing impediments. I have worked closely with Early Interventionists, guardians and Speech therapists to devise individual support plans.
